About the role:
Designing attractive and engaging user interfaces (web-based and mobile).
Providing easy-to-use design solutions for complex business and user needs.
Working closely with the managers and teams along the entire development cycle.
Defining scopes and interface strategies based on user and business needs.
Analyzing and adjusting design and work flows based on feedback and user behaviour.
Maintaining and updating the mockups, prototypes, UI specifications, user flows, wireframe sites and other necessary deliverables in user experience design
Growing within the team by contributing with ideas and solutions to the final product.

Fluency in English
You have:
Several years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences
A portfolio with both UX and visual design across mobile and desktop products with examples of “user-centred design”
Advanced experience with UI design tools like Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch and basic experience with the Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Knowledge of basic user-centred Design and User Experience Design principles
The ability to research and understand users, their motivations and needs
Good communication skills by graphics and visual structures from abstract or complex ideas and concepts all the way through to front-end implementation
Excellent communication skills within cross-functional teams
Teamwork skills nicely mixed with humour and positivity
